MICROPHONES
Shure SM-58 It has been a standard on stages through out the world
best stage for years. This has been the microphone that is used
vocals most in all the rock and country concert halls that
we've work in. This mic. is very durable. It has a
4khz rise that makes vocals stand out when competing
with loud guitars and other amplified mid-range sounds.
Shure Improved version of the SM-58. Shure has increased the
Beta 58A high-end frequency response to 16,000hz and has improved
ultimate the internal shock mount. The ultimate vocal mic.
Shure SM-57 The standard concert hall and studio workhorse mic used
best stage for drums, percussion, and amplifier micing. I like the
warm sound that this mic gives vocals. Just make sure
that you use a good windscreen when used for vocals.
Shure Improved version of the SM-57. Shure has improved the

TOA SM-25M This self powered, two-way speaker system contains a

PROCESSORS
Symetrix 501 We've been using this standard of the industry for
comp\limiter many years in auditoriums and meeting halls. This
standard single channel simultaneous processes peak and RMS.
Symetrix 425 Great for taking problems like background noise, tape
dual expander hiss, pickup hum, etc. This unit "soft gates" out
Comp/Limiter problems. There are 3 processors available at all times
downward expander, compressor, and limiter in this
single rack mountable unit.
ART MDC2001 Single rack space combines stereo compression, peak
Stereo limiting, expansion, noise gating, signal enhancement
Compressor exciter and sibilance correction.
ART SC2 A 2 channel compressor/limiter with a noise gate. This
Compressor balanced input & output unit has controls for threshold
release time, slope, and attack time.

27 band quality at half the price of comparable units. The EQ
1/3 oct EQ will allow either a 7.5 or 15 db of attenuation or
gain for each of the 27 bands. The large sliders make
this unit very usable. Hi pass, low pass and many
other switchable features are located on the front
panel. Great for house and monitors.
ART HD-15 Same great features as above but is configured as a
stereo stereo 15 band EQ. This low noise unit is great for
15 band sophisticated recording and sound reinforcement.

RECORDING AND PLAYBACK
Sony TCD-D8 This has been my favorite item for the past year! DAT
Portable Walkman features long play mode (up to 4 hours) and 2
DAT Walkman standard speed modes. optical in and out, LCD display,
line in and out, mic. in (with pad), and killer headphone
amp. Utilizing the SBM-1 you can make 20 bit recordings!
Sony TCD-D10 Sony's 10th year Anniversary Model is smaller than the
portable DAT TCD-D8. How can they do that?
INSTALLATION COMPONENTS
Biamp IWA This thin wall unit can be mounted on existing walls
in-wall or inside walls of new construction. This unit is
mixer/amp really well designed. The best wall amp that we've
installed. It has 6 channel mixer, independent main and
zone outputs from mixer section. The main amp is 120
watts and the zone amp is 60 watts. A 9 band graphic
EQ is provided for both amp outputs. We have installed
a lot of these amps in meeting halls.
