     2.  48 hour notice recommended on all rentals.
     3.  Pickup, Delivery and Set-Up charges are additional.
     4.  Open credit card and valid drivers license required for non
         established accounts.
     5.  The lessee is responsible for all theft and damage of
         equipment.
     6.  The lessee is responsible for all late fees.
     7.  All rental charges and deposits must be paid in full before
         equipment goes out.
